Rob Mathes is an Emmy-winning, Grammy, Tony and Drama Desk Award nominated arranger/composer, music producer/director and singer/songwriter. Rob has produced recordings by Sting (his last 3 records), Rod Stewart, Carly Simon, Beth Hart, Vanessa Williams, Bettye LaVette, Matthew Morrison and the band Panic at The Disco. He is an Emmy winner for his yearly music direction of The Kennedy Center Honors for CBS and he arranged and was music director on Sting’s world tour with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. He musically directed HBO’s We Are One-Obama Inauguration Concert at the Lincoln Memorial featuring Stevie Wonder, James Taylor, John Legend, Beyonce and others and has MD’ed the Songwriter’s Hall Of Fame Awards for the past 15 years. He has performed on the Grammys with Bruce Springsteen and done the orchestral arrangements for his last two records.
James “D Train” Williams is an American singer, songwriter, instrumentalist, producer and actor. He rose to fame in the early 1980’s with the release of his first album You’re the One for Me, which spawned his first US Billboard Dance chart number-one hit, “You’re the One for Me”. As a songwriter, he has written for numerous artists including Patti Austin, George Duke, John P. Key and Vanessa Bell Armstrong to name a few. For nearly 20 years, he has been working with and recently promoted to the Music Director for “United Stations Radio Network.”
Vaneese Thomas’ talents as a singer, songwriter, producer, and actor have made her a sought-after solo performer as well as a first-call vocalist for projects by other top-name artists. She has worked with the renowned recording producer Phil Ramone and has sung with an astonishing array of internationally known performers including Luciano Pavarotti, Sting, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, and numerous others. Geffen Records released Vaneese’s first major recording in 1987. The self-titled album included the Top Ten R & B hit “Let’s Talk it Over.”
